Travel in Japan 2003

Sankeien is a garden of Japanese style in Yokohama. It consists of collected buildings coming from Kyoto or Kamakura. It's the businessman Sankei Hara which did it. It is opened with the public since 1906. Currently, iy's the Sankeien Hoshokai foundation which is in charge of its safeguarding. With the entry the visitor is carried by a splendid landscape. From here, the pagoda seems like a footbridge towards the sky.
